




Job Summary: Responsible for product listing and updates, order tracking, marketing support, customer service, and organization of product launches and promotions. Key Highlights: 1. Development of e-commerce and product management skills. ***Responsibilities*** \- Product listing and updates on the platform (photos, descriptions, prices, categories) \- Order tracking (payments, order picking, shipping, and tracking) \- Marketing team support with product information \- Customer service via email, WhatsApp, and social media \- Support in organizing the workflow for product launches and promotions \- Generation of simple sales and inventory reports. ***Mandatory Requirements:*** \- Completed high school education (higher education in progress is desirable: Marketing, Business Administration, Fashion, Advertising, or related fields) \- Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms (e.g., Tray, Nuvemshop, Loja Integrada, Shopify or similar) \- Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets \- Organizational skills, attention to detail, and sense of priority \- Strong written communication skills (for product descriptions and customer service) ***Preferred Qualifications:*** \- Experience in fashion (retail or wholesale) \- Basic knowledge of e-commerce SEO (titles, descriptions, keywords) \- Basic knowledge of tools such as Canva, Photoshop or similar \- Basic understanding of logistics and invoice issuance (Bling, Tiny or other ERPs) \- Experience handling customer service via WhatsApp, Instagram, and email; Employment Type: Permanent CLT contract Compensation: Starting from R$1\.639,00 per month Benefits: * Fuel allowance * Meal allowance * Food voucher * Transportation voucher Work Location: On-site
