Strategically and systematically support all administrative routines of the commercial department, ensuring that customer, order, and negotiation information is accurately recorded, promptly updated, and clearly shared across relevant departments. * Register orders, quotations, and proposals in the system. * Organize contracts, customer registrations, and documentation. * Assist with sales tracking, deadlines, and deliveries. * Generate simple reports (orders, targets, KPIs). * Handle telephone, email, and WhatsApp communications. * Support the sales team (scheduling, follow-up). * Update control spreadsheets (basic inventory, commissions, contacts). * Monitor order status with other departments (finance, logistics, billing). * Archive physical and digital documents. * Assist with general administrative tasks within the department.
