Carajás Home Center is seeking a Human Resources Apprentice to join our Human Resources department. We are looking for a young person aged 14 to 24 who is currently enrolled in or has completed high school. The goal is to provide an enriching and educational experience, integrating the apprentice into our work environment and contributing to the development of their professional skills. The apprentice will assist with administrative tasks in the Human Resources department, such as monitoring recruitment processes, organizing documents, supporting recruitment and selection activities, and performing other duties as directed by supervisors. The apprentice will have the opportunity to learn about human resource management practices, gain deeper insight into the recruitment and selection cycle, and develop communication and organizational skills.
