Supporting the team in various situations **YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Monitor the entry and exit of customers, employees, and service providers to ensure environmental safety. * Prevent losses, thefts, and damages through continuous surveillance and preventive interventions when necessary. * Supervise merchandise dispatches, verifying invoices and quantities upon request. * Support the store frontline team in cases of discrepancies, conflicts, or internal incidents. * Ensure compliance with internal policies, contributing to the unit's organization and security. **WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:** * Completed high school education. * Prior experience as a Store Security Guard or in related fields. * Knowledge of loss prevention, access control, and merchandise verification. * Strong communication skills, ethical conduct, and ability to interact with the public. * Attention to detail, responsibility, discipline, and emotional balance.
