As a Sales Consultant, you will join a team wholly dedicated to delivering results—come be \#TeamGreenish. **Prerequisites:** * Prior experience in sales and customer service (fashion retail is a plus). * Proficiency with social media and ability to generate digital content. * Familiarity with CRM tools and customer relationship management. * Strong communication skills, friendliness, and professional demeanor. * Proactive, dynamic profile with a results-oriented mindset. * Ability to work effectively in a team environment. * Organizational skills and sense of responsibility toward goals and KPIs. * Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays. * Preference for candidates residing near Iguatemi Shopping Center. * English proficiency is considered a plus. **Responsibilities:** * Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring an experience aligned with the brand's lifestyle. * Actively engage in sales activities to meet and exceed individual and store targets. * Assist in organizing and restocking products in the sales floor. * Utilize CRM tools for customer relationship management and retention. * Produce and support creation of store social media content (stories, videos, photos, and customer interactions). * Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, campaigns, and brand collections.
