




We are looking for an Office and Store Assistant to work in a mechanical workshop, supporting administrative tasks and store operations for auto parts. The professional will be responsible for assisting with customer service, organizing inventory, issuing quotes and invoices, as well as providing support to mechanics and administration. **Responsibilities:** * Customer service (in person and via phone/WhatsApp) * Issuing quotes, orders, and invoices * Entering and managing information in the system * Organizing documents and providing administrative support * Verifying, restocking, and managing auto parts inventory * Assisting with auto parts and service sales * Supporting workshop and store daily operations **Requirements:** * Completed high school education * Basic computer skills * Good communication and organizational skills * Responsibility and proactivity * Prior experience in a mechanical workshop or auto parts store is desirable **Preferred Qualification:** * Knowledge of automotive parts Job Type: Full-time CLT Salary: R$1\.518,00 \- R$1\.800,00 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
