




We are looking for a Head of Operations with **executive vision and generalist capabilities** to serve as the company’s operational **"shield,"** responsible for day-to-day management and optimizing all operational, customer service, and support areas. Your primary focus is to translate high-level strategy into efficient execution, ensuring simplicity, efficiency, cost reduction, and the company’s concentration on in-person events. Responsibilities * **Executive Support:** + Assume daily management and supervision of various support and operations areas, + Enable partners to focus on long-term strategy, core business, and growth, while operational execution falls under your responsibility. * **Generalist and Multifunctional Management:** + Manage and integrate the **Finance, Legal, Customer Success (CS), Marketing, Sales, Events, Art/Video, and HR** departments. + Ensure smooth interdepartmental processes, resolve operational issues, and eliminate bottlenecks. + Act as the bridge and central communication hub across all teams. * **Operational Excellence and Optimization:** + Diagnose processes and workflows, proposing and implementing your own solutions (with autonomy) to optimize operations. + Focus on **operational simplification** and **cost reduction**, aligned with the objective of concentrating efforts on core revenue-generating products. + Evaluate cost structure and the efficiency of other external hires. * **People Management and Culture:** + Manage team dynamics—including behavioral challenges—in collaboration with HR. + Ensure the CS team aligns with the company’s vision, drives revenue, and focuses on acquisition and retention. + Foster a high-performance, accountability-driven culture. Requirements * Proven experience as an executive or senior manager, preferably in digital-market companies, infoproduct businesses, or organizations running high-volume, high-impact events. * Experience in executive leadership roles, preferably as Head of Operations. * Demonstrated ability in operations management, finance, and business development. * Excellent communication skills, strategic vision, and leadership capability. * Experience managing crises and making decisions in complex scenarios.
