About Deskito Deskito is a B2B SaaS operational management platform — CRM, automation, and business intelligence in a single workspace. We are growing, and design plays a central role in how we communicate this to the market. We are no longer just another dull software with a blue screen and a gear icon. We are a modern platform with personality, and we need someone who understands this from the very first pixel. What You’ll Do * Create social media assets (feed posts, stories, carousels, static reels) with consistent brand identity and SaaS product language * Develop digital marketing materials: ads, emails, presentations, and corporate collateral * Translate technical and functional product concepts into accessible, impactful visual communication * Collaborate with the marketing and content team to execute the editorial calendar * Maintain and evolve the Deskito brand system — typography, color palette, grids, visual components * Create assets for performance campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads) * Actively participate in creative decisions, not just execute tasks What We Expect From You **Essential:** * Portfolio featuring digital design work — especially for technology brands, SaaS, or startups * Proficiency in Figma (our standard), Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator * Ability to create visuals that communicate functionality without resembling technical manuals * Sensitivity to typography, composition, and whitespace usage * Pace: deliver high-quality work without disrupting the editorial calendar * Ability to interpret briefs and independently propose solutions without micromanagement **Nice-to-Have Qualifications That Will Stand Out:** * Experience designing for SaaS or B2B products * Familiarity with motion design (After Effects, Rive, or Lottie) * Basic understanding of UX/UI — knowing what lies "behind the screen" is highly valuable * Knowledge of conversion-focused design for paid advertising * Experience in visual identity development and brand system creation How It Is to Work at Deskito * A company experiencing real growth, with its product already adopted by businesses * Straightforward, no-nonsense environment — no meetings just to schedule other meetings * Creative freedom coupled with accountability for results * A lean team where your contribution truly makes an impact * You won’t be just another freelancer in a queue of tasks Job Details **Location** Remote **Employment Type** PJ (Individual Contractor) **Working Hours** 40 hours/week (Monday–Friday, 09:00–18:00) **Start Date** Immediate APPLY VIA FORM: https://forms.clickup.com/90171038866/f/2kz9tq4j\-2617/BCC1TGAHGTAJIUI3WG Compensation: starting from R$2\.000,00 per month Work Location: On the road
