* **JOB MISSION** Responsible for carrying out gardening tasks in the internal and external areas of the Shopping Center, aiming to maintain the landscaping according to standards defined by the area management. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES – What and How?** -------------------------------------------------- Assemble planters and gardens following the standard defined by the area manager, through planting various species, demarcating areas, as well as applying knowledge and methods of soil preparation, fertilization, and irrigation specific to each species. Perform daily maintenance of flowerbeds, planters, and flower boxes through watering, pruning, and special care for plants and flowers. Carry out fertilization and pest control by handling chemical products, following the Landscape Supervisor’s instructions regarding usage specifications. Maintain tools, equipment, and work materials daily through cleaning, sharpening, and other necessary care. Maintain the aesthetic standard of planters and flower boxes used in the shopping center through painting, cleaning, and necessary repairs. Perform physical effort in daily tasks such as soil preparation, tree removal and pruning, and planter removal. Keep the work area organized through cleaning, proper storage organization, and correct use of designated gardening dumpsters. Perform basic maintenance of machines and motors. **OBSERVATIONS** ---------------
