




Job Summary: Professional to handle financial routines, asset and IPTU control, fleet and insurance management, as well as operational support to the finance team. Key Highlights: 1. Management of financial postings and daily financial routines. 2. Control and monitoring of assets, IPTU (urban property tax), and real estate documentation. 3. Comprehensive fleet management, including IPVA (vehicle registration tax), licensing, traffic fines, and insurance. **Financial Postings and Routines** Post invoices and fixed expenses daily in the Informakon system; Post condominium and association fees in the system by the 5th business day of each month; Support daily reconciliation of all company accounts and cash registers (operational support); Assist the finance team in controlling and organizing payment and receipt documents; Maintain organized and up-to-date physical and digital financial records; **Assets and IPTU** Register and monitor IPTU (urban property tax) processes for group properties; Execute IPTU ownership transfers when necessary; Request updated property registrations from competent notary offices; Keep the asset register for MF Loteamentos Group properties up to date; **Fleet and Insurance** Monitor due dates for IPVA (vehicle registration tax), vehicle licensing, and traffic fines for group vehicles; Track and arrange annual renewal of vehicle and equipment insurance; Monitor pending fleet documentation to ensure zero outstanding items; Maintain a fleet due-date calendar with advance alerts; **Operational Support to the Finance Team** Assist the Finance Manager and Finance Specialist with departmental tasks; Support control of financial and tax due-date calendars; Contribute to filing and organizing departmental documents; Participate in implementing operational improvements and departmental control tools; Employment Type: Permanent CLT Compensation: R$2.000,00 - R$2.600,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
