This role involves data entry and verification in systems, managing accounts payable and receivable, performing bank reconciliations, issuing payment slips, supporting the preparation of financial reports, and monitoring cash flow. The assistant also collaborates with internal and external audits to ensure proper application of the organization’s financial policies. Key Responsibilities: Control and record accounts payable and receivable; Perform bank reconciliations and verify bank statements; Issue and verify payment slips and invoices; Support monthly financial closing and managerial reporting; Monitor cash flow and perform projections; Assist in organizing financial and accounting documents; Respond to suppliers and customers regarding financial inquiries; Ensure compliance with deadlines and internal policies.
