




Support the closing of tax transactions for a group of companies to calculate taxes and submit ancillary tax obligations. 1. Request documentation from clients required to perform tasks, monitoring pending items; 2. Conduct the process of verifying clients’ documents; 3. Receive and return clients’ documentation for bookkeeping, when necessary; 4. Perform tax bookkeeping in the computerized system to calculate and issue clients’ taxes; 5. Be responsible for entering or importing clients’ inventory data; 6. Support the issuance of tax payment slips and declarations for primary and ancillary tax obligations; 7. Participate in sectoral meetings of the team; 8. Support the correction of ancillary tax obligations; 9. Support the recalculation of primary tax obligations; 10. Support the verification of clients’ imported purchases and sales for the P&P system; 11. Assist in preparing tax reports (Value Added, Calculation Spreadsheets, Pending Items Report, Tax Clearance Certificates); 12. Prepare the billing report for clients’ companies; 13. Systematically organize clients’ folders on the server to ensure traceability; 14. Periodically check clients’ postal boxes at the Federal, State, and Municipal Revenue Offices; 15. Assist clients with taxation information/parameterization for issuing fiscal documents, such as: Electronic Invoice (NF-e), Electronic Service Invoice (NFS-e), and Electronic Consumer Sales Receipt (SAT/CFe), when necessary; 16. Verify, via Conecta or telephone calls, whether clients’ tax payments have been received, to ensure receipt; 17. Forward tax documentation to the tax assistant for entry into the system.
