Dynamic environment in an auto parts store **Job Description:** We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to support the administrative routines of an auto parts store, contributing to the organization of internal processes and ensuring quality service to customers and partners. **Main Responsibilities:** * Telephone customer service and basic support to customers and suppliers * Organization and verification of documents and files * Data entry and updating of information in internal systems * Assistance in issuing invoices, bank slips, and other administrative documents * Control and monitoring of daily administrative routines * Support to finance and sales departments, as needed * Organization of the administrative workspace **Desired Qualifications:** * Completed high school education * Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office suite) * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and good communication ability * Ability to work effectively in a team **Compensation:** To be negotiated.
