If you enjoy challenges, process innovation, and direct impact on business results, this opportunity is for you! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with company objectives and construction/maintenance planning; * Develop the procurement team to support departmental strategies, ensuring cost, timeline, and quality management; * Supervise and coordinate procurement team activities, ensuring efficient execution of procurement and contracting strategies; * Qualify and develop suppliers to meet construction and maintenance demands; * Prepare and maintain procurement documentation, contracts, and related reports; * Ensure compliance with internal procurement policies and regulatory procedures; * Monitor adherence to quality standards, delivery timelines, and contractual terms agreed upon with suppliers; * Ensure end-to-end monitoring of procurement and contracting processes—from supplier prospecting through to payment for the respective purchase/contract; * Continuously analyze and review area processes, implementing continuous improvements to increase operational efficiency. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering; * Prior experience in supply or procurement management within engineering companies; * Knowledge of legislation and regulations related to procurement and contracts; * Knowledge of data analysis and financial reporting.
