Continuously train and develop the team in outreach and sales techniques We are seeking an **SDR Leader** to strengthen our pre-sales area and ensure our sales funnel is consistently filled with qualified opportunities. This person will be responsible for **leading, developing, and overseeing the SDR team**, ensuring performance, growth, and alignment with the company’s commercial strategy. **Responsibilities:** * Lead and motivate the SDR team, monitoring KPIs and results; * Define and refine lead prospecting, cadence, and qualification processes; * Continuously train and develop the team in outreach techniques, tool usage, and sales best practices; * Collaborate closely with Marketing and Sales teams to align strategies and improve funnel conversion; * Monitor metrics such as conversion rate, contact volume, and opportunity generation; * Participate in commercial strategic planning and contribute market insights. **Requirements:** * Prior experience in this area; * Experience leading pre-sales or inside sales teams; * CRM tool knowledge is a plus; * Analytical mindset and results-oriented; * Excellent communication skills and ability to motivate the team.
