We’re looking for a **Mid-Level SDR** to operate on the front line of lead prospecting and qualification—someone with an analytical mindset, performance focus, and strategic business vision. **Your Responsibilities** * Actively prospect new leads via phone, email, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp * Perform **lead mapping and qualification** based on ICP (Ideal Customer Profile) * Conduct consultative diagnostics to understand pain points and opportunities * Schedule qualified meetings for the Closer team * Maintain and update the CRM with accurate information * Execute contact cadences—automated or manual * Monitor metrics (conversion rates, CAC, SQLs) and propose improvements **Required Qualifications** * Prior experience as an SDR or BDR (minimum 1 year) * Mastery of qualification frameworks (e.g., SPIN, BANT, GPCT) * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Pipedrive, HubSpot, RD Station) * Organized, resilient, and goal-oriented profile * Active listening skills and strategic argumentation ability **Nice-to-Have Qualifications** * Experience in technology or SaaS companies * Hands-on experience with prospecting automation tools (Apollo, Reev, Ramper, etc.) * Persuasive writing skills and experience crafting commercial outreach copy Employment Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$1.500,00 – R$3.675,86 per month Benefits: * Health insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance
