Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and communicative Sales Assistant to serve customers and drive sales of technology solutions, with emphasis on communication and commercial skills. Technical team support and negotiation follow-up We are looking for a communicative, proactive Sales Assistant who is skilled at interacting with people. The candidate will be responsible for serving customers interested in technology solutions such as residential and corporate automation, structured cabling, CCTV, access control, and audio-visual systems—guiding conversations through to sale closure. In-depth technical knowledge is not required. We seek someone with strong communication and commercial skills. Key Responsibilities * Customer service (in-person, phone, and WhatsApp) * Identifying customer needs * Guiding conversations to present solutions * Preparing and sending commercial proposals * Monitoring negotiations * Following up with customers * Supporting the technical team in organizing project information * Updating CRM and tracking opportunities * Conducting external visits to identify opportunities, present solutions, and convert them into sales. Requirements * Completed high school education (ongoing higher education is a plus) * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Ability to converse effectively and lead negotiations * Organizational and proactive mindset * Interest in commercial roles Preferred Qualifications * Prior sales experience * Currently pursuing studies in Architecture and Urban Planning, Interior Design, or related fields * Experience in customer service * Experience using CRM systems * Background working in technology companies Ideal Candidate Profile * Persuasive yet ethical * Strong active listening skills * Confidence when speaking * Ability to build rapport with customers * Results-oriented Employment Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$1.900,00 - R$2.500,00 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
