Job Summary: The professional will perform support and monitoring activities for the CCTV system, including arming and disarming alarms, conducting virtual patrols, and monitoring cameras. Key Highlights: 1. CCTV and security systems monitoring 2. Analysis and recording of incidents and irregularities 3. Preparation of statistical reports and image retrieval Performs support and monitoring activities for the CCTV system. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Arm and disarm security alarms; * Conduct daily virtual patrols in technical corridors, emergency stairwells, and other areas covered by surveillance equipment; * Maintain spreadsheets and control files for monitoring activities, entering incident-related data and information—along with details of any suspicious situations—into a designated form; * Monitor cameras via the CCTV system, documenting all observed incidents and/or irregularities in a specific record during each shift, and tracking incident resolution; * Submit statistical reports on system data; * Retrieve recorded images from the security system and store them on external media; * Perform other related duties. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education; * CCTV training course; * Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office suite; * Prior experience in this role.
