A labor outsourcing company is seeking a Receptionist professional in Macaé (Sol y Mar). **Responsibilities:** Greet and provide support services to internal and external clients. Handle telephone inquiries and provide information to employees. Schedule meeting rooms. Arrange interviews, assess visitors’ needs, and direct them to the appropriate locations and/or individuals. Schedule services upon request from the administrative department. Observe internal security protocols by verifying documents and client credibility, and notify security personnel of any unauthorized individuals. Arrange taxis and motorcycle couriers for exclusive employee use, in accordance with rules pre-established by the administrative department. Prepare and dispatch correspondence and courier packages. Issue access cards for employees and visitors. Monitor receipt of items and outsourced services. Perform tasks related to standard receptionist duties. Position based in Macaé / RJ.
