Join our team and help us transform the dairy universe***.*** ***\#JoinAlvoarDairy*** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Plan, execute, monitor, and close IT projects in a structured manner, aligned with Alvoar’s strategic planning. * Develop project schedules, communication plans, risk management strategies, scope definitions, and budgets. * Apply agile and traditional methodologies according to each project’s nature. * Support the definition and evolution of the project governance model (methodology, templates, processes, etc.). * Manage the project portfolio, proposing prioritization and rational use of resources. * Promote integration between requesting areas and development teams. * Ensure transparent executive reporting on project status and key performance indicators. * Support continuous improvement initiatives, lessons learned, and process standardization. * Conduct meetings with stakeholders and serve as the focal point for projects under your management. * Contribute to change management and organizational communication related to projects. * Collaborate in structuring and maintaining tools such as Planner, Power BI, and SharePoint for project tracking and management. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, Administration, or related fields. Postgraduate studies in Project Management, IT Governance, or related areas preferred; * Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Planner, Trello, Jira, etc.); * Familiarity with methodologies such as PMBOK, Scrum, or Kanban; * Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills. * Experience managing IT projects, preferably within medium- to large-sized companies operating in complex, multidisciplinary environments. * PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, PSM, or equivalent certification is a plus; * Experience with digital transformation projects, system implementations (e.g., ERP, CRM), innovation, or new product development is a plus; * Knowledge of IT governance practices, portfolio management, and strategic prioritization is a plus. * Competencies: Communication, Customer Focus, Initiative, Results Orientation, Resilience, Agility, and Innovation. **Additional Information** * Competitive market-based salary; * Meal or food allowance; * Transportation allowance; * Group life insurance; * Partnerships with institutions; * Unimed health plan; * Optional dental plan; * Milk basket (16 liters); * Online store for discounted product purchases; * Profit-sharing program (PLR) based on goal achievement.
