




Today, Segala's is among the leading Brazilian companies distributing frozen food products, with over 34 years of market experience, serving the Food Service and Retail segments. **Responsibilities and duties** * Provide nursing care, first aid, and emergency support. * Perform clinical procedures according to established protocols. * Monitor return-to-work processes, job reassignments, and chronic cases. * Plan and monitor health and wellness promotion programs. * Lead campaigns, educational initiatives, and training sessions. * Analyze data on medical certificates, absenteeism, and occupational diseases, proposing preventive actions. * Prepare reports with insights and recommendations. * Consolidate and monitor health indicators via BI tools, spreadsheets, and systems. * Develop dashboards for absenteeism, workplace incidents, and risks. * Support strategic decision-making through data analytics (People Analytics in Health). * Contribute to the implementation and updating of PCMSO, PGR, LTCAT, and regulatory standards. * Ensure appropriate records and documentation for eSocial compliance. * Support internal and external audits. * Collaborate with Occupational Physicians, HR, SESMT, and leadership teams. * Participate in ergonomic assessments and incident investigations. **Requirements and qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Nursing. * Specialization in Occupational Nursing (mandatory). * Prior experience in occupational health, SESMT, or corporate health program management. * Experience analyzing health and absenteeism indicators. * Active COREN registration. **Additional information** **On-site work, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 6:18 PM.** * Basic food basket * Meal allowance or meal voucher of BRL 57.00 per working day; * Social Card “Vida” (available 90 days after hiring); * UNIMED Health Insurance (available 90 days after hiring; monthly premium and co-payment borne by the employee); * UNIODONTO Dental Insurance (available 90 days after hiring; monthly premium and co-payment borne by the employee).
