We seek proactive individuals who enjoy interacting with people, are eager to learn, and identify with our core values: * We are welcoming * We make things happen * We uphold social responsibility * We prioritize the patient * We embrace innovation **Responsibilities and Duties** * Support patient reception by assisting with guidance on care flow and fostering a humanized environment. * Organize materials and equipment used in departments (Operating Room, Central Sterile Supply Department [CME], or Clinical Services), ensuring cleanliness, proper labeling, and timely replenishment as needed. * Accompany the team during preparation of the operating room, observing setup procedures and material verification processes. * Assist in sorting, verifying, packaging, and dispatching materials for sterilization at the CME, following instructions provided by responsible professionals. * Support dilution and labeling of materials where applicable, always under direct supervision of a technician/nurse. * Assist in updating and maintaining records and forms, including patient intake forms, protocols, and checklists. * Accompany patient admission and initial orientation in the preoperative area, reinforcing basic care instructions as directed by the team. * Collaborate in departmental inventory control, checking expiration dates, storage conditions, and replenishment needs. * Observe and learn technical routines, participating in activities as part of your professional training, always under supervision of the responsible professional. * Act in compliance with biosafety standards, ethics, confidentiality, and patient safety protocols. * Perform other support tasks related to learning and departmental routine, always accompanied by the team. * And other duties inherent to the position. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently enrolled in a Nursing Technician program. * Interest in learning about departmental routines: Operating Room, CME, or Clinical Services. * Basic knowledge of: Biosafety, Material Organization, Hygiene and Environment Preparation, and Patient Reception. * Strong verbal communication skills; ethical and welcoming demeanor when interacting with patients and team members. * Responsibility and organizational skills in handling materials and documentation. * Ability to follow instructions and work under direct supervision. * Willingness to collaborate within a team, respecting protocols and professional hierarchy. * Openness to learning and developing practical skills within the hospital environment. **Additional Information** * Internship stipend of R$ 600.00; * Transportation allowance; * TotalPass; * Psychological support (teleconsultation); * Nutritional support (teleconsultation); * General physician teleconsultation — available 7 days per week, 24 hours per day; * Company programs; * Free ophthalmological care and family discounts; * Health network agreement; * Growth opportunities. ### **LEIRIA GROUP** Founded with the mission of delivering excellence in ophthalmological care, Hospital de Olhos Leiria de Andrade has built a legacy marked by innovation and dedication.
