In 2023, we launched operations in South America, establishing our first office in Brazil. **Responsibilities and Duties** **Key Responsibilities:** ****• **SAM/Brasil Certification** * Plan the certification schedule for instructors in the SAM region (Brand/Pedagogical/Technical/HVT/HVE). * Plan the certification schedule for instructors in Brazil. * Develop, adapt, and update certification content to meet regional needs (Brazil/SAM). * Translate newly developed content. * Analyze and define technical training pathways for the region (Brazil and SAM). * **New Product Launches** * Plan the technical training strategy for new product launches in the region. * Develop technical training content for new products for the region (Brazil and SAM). * Assess the need for Field Engineers (FE) for new product launches and course updates. * Procure materials and resources required for technical launch training. * Translate newly developed content. * Deliver launch training sessions. * Participate in new product launch meetings and forums. * **Master Trainer** * Conduct certifications (Brazil/SAM). * Deliver Train-the-Trainer (TtT) sessions for new products (Brazil/SAM). * Participate in TtT sessions on new technologies provided by Headquarters. * Master Trainer coaching (for new Master Trainers in the region). * Support instructors and pedagogues throughout training development stages. * **Training Tools, Equipment, and Materials** * Participate in preparing material for IAM/PR Approval (Investments). * Participate in preparing material for CCC (Finance). * Provide guidance regarding procurement of replacement tools and tool organization systems. * Specify and guide the procurement process for materials used in technical and launch training. * Monitor procurement processes: quotations / SC for purchase / delivery (currently handled by Sirlene). **Other Training Activities** * Develop training material for the Customer Satisfaction Survey Action Plan (CEM/CSI). * Monitor technological innovations from the company (Q.HUB and Digital Training Center). * Serve as the focal point for clarifying questions related to products, technologies, internal processes, and other company topics. * Develop and support instructors on new technologies and processes. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Requirements:** * Completed undergraduate degree in Engineering. * Solid knowledge of automotive systems. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Advanced Excel. * Advanced English (mandatory). * Advanced Spanish (mandatory). * Willingness to travel. * Experience delivering both online and classroom-based training. **Desirable:** * Power BI. **Additional Information** **Conditions:** * CLT employment contract, hybrid work model, with mandatory presence at our office in Jabaquara district, São Paulo/SP or São Bernardo do Campo/SP, four or five times per week. * Willingness to travel frequently. **Benefits:** * Meal Voucher * Food Allowance * Sulamerica Health Insurance Plan * Sulamerica Dental Insurance Plan * Life Insurance * Childcare Assistance * Well-being Program (Wellhub/Gympass, Conexa, and Live Psychology) * Private Pension Plan * Profit Sharing (PLR) * Pharmacy discount partnership Volkswagen Group Services is the strategic partner of all companies and brands within the Volkswagen Group.
