If you identify with who we are ***\#VemSerSolar \#PaixãoQueTransforma \#SedeQueImpulsiona*** **Responsibilities and Duties** #### **Your Day\-to\-Day:** * Lead asset and reliability management; * Lead critical indicator management (reliability, availability, backlog, maintenance cost, and failure rate), transforming data into action; * Lead the MP Pillar, ensuring correct application of TPM methodology at the unit, acting as facilitator for required policies and structures; * Develop management reports and dashboards (Power BI) for performance monitoring and managerial decision support; * Conduct technical and economic feasibility studies for improvements, focusing on CAPEX, cost reduction, and safety; * Guide and monitor preventive and corrective equipment maintenance activities, mobilizing necessary resources to complete scheduled services; * Monitor maintenance activity efficiency and quality, managing potential failures and ensuring compliance with specifications to maintain required quality standards and defined policies; * Coordinate and train the team, overseeing planning and execution of maintenance activities at the unit. **Requirements and Qualifications** #### **What You Need:** * Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or Production Engineering; * Technical knowledge of TPM, PDCA, and SAP system; * Prior experience in this role and hands\-on reliability experience; * Knowledge of Power BI and Power Apps; * Advanced Excel skills. #### **Nice\-to\-Have:** * Postgraduate degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or Production Engineering. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 08:30 to 18:18 **Additional Information** #### **See Some Other Benefits of Being Solar:** For your health and safety: * Health plan with special conditions for you and your dependents; * Telemedicine, covering multiple specialties including telepsychology; * Dental plan; * Emotional Health Program; * Wellhub (gym network); * Life insurance.
