Job Summary: Responsible for minor repairs, cleaning, organization, and maintaining safety and hygiene of the premises. Key Responsibilities: 1. Perform minor repairs and adjustments on equipment and structures 2. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment 3. Assist in organizing spaces and distributing correspondence * Perform minor repairs on equipment and structures at the site (e.g., replacing light bulbs, repairing furniture, or simple installations). * Inspect and adjust functionality of doors, windows, and other items within the premises. Perform daily cleaning of offices, restrooms, common areas, and other facilities. * Maintain a clean and organized environment, ensuring hygiene standards are consistently upheld. * Restock cleaning supplies and other necessary items. * Assist in organizing spaces such as meeting rooms, cafeterias, and break areas. * Arrange furniture, equipment, and materials across various departments of the company. * Carry out additional tasks, such as making coffee, organizing mail distribution, or supporting other departments with various assignments. * Inspect and maintain safe environments by identifying potential accident hazards. * Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene regulations.
