Gomes de Matos Consultoria is hiring a Financial Coordinator for a client company in the security and services sector to join its leadership structure. For this position, we seek a professional with solid finance experience, including cash flow management, working capital management, profitability analysis, and decision-support capabilities, as well as team leadership experience. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Manage cash flow and working capital to ensure liquidity and financial efficiency; * Maintain relationships with financial institutions, negotiating terms and optimizing resources; * Coordinate accounts payable and receivable routines, ensuring organization and timely execution; * Manage delinquency and collections processes to improve the financial cycle; * Monitor profitability by contract/client, analyzing revenues, costs, and margins; * Control operational costs, focusing on efficiency and sustainability of results; * Prepare and analyze financial reports and indicators to support decision-making; * Support budget planning by tracking actual versus forecasted performance; * Contribute to feasibility analysis of contracts and commercial proposals; * Collaborate with operational areas, supporting decisions based on financial impact; * Develop and enhance financial processes and policies to promote control and continuous improvement. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields; * Postgraduate degree in Finance, Controllership, or related areas is desirable; * Experience in controllership, finance, and budget management is desirable; * Hands-on experience in cash flow management, working capital, cost management, and results analysis; * Knowledge of KPIs, managerial reporting, and decision-support tools; * Experience with ERP systems, advanced Excel, and BI tools; * Familiarity with internal controls, governance, and process improvement; * Analytical profile, systemic vision, and leadership experience. **Additional Information** * Contract type: Individual Entrepreneur (PJ), with remuneration of R$ 11.000,00 (12 annual installments) **Welcome to the Careers Page of Gomes de Matos Consultoria Group — an ecosystem of innovative companies that, for 30 years, has transformed challenges into strategic solutions and built impactful legacies for future generations.** Our group comprises: * **Gomes de Matos Consultoria**: A reference in corporate consulting in Brazil and Portugal, operating across 10 states.
