




Description: * Completed high school education (with proof of graduation); * Experience in the commercial area; * Call center experience; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (with emphasis on Excel) and Google Drive; * Skills in using digital tools. * Training, development, and management of the dealer portfolio; * Developing sales initiatives together with dealer teams; * Reactivating or re-engaging inactive or terminated dealers; * Achieving targets (Base Balance, Active Dealers, Multi-Brand Active Dealers, Revenue, Digitalization – App+ER Revenue) and monitoring all KPIs daily; * Prospecting and registering new dealers; * Ensuring activity rate and retaining the dealer portfolio; * Conducting meetings with dealers regarding the current sales cycle; * Ensuring cycle closures without outstanding financial or operational issues; * Promoting the dealer’s store activities. 2512080202191910378
