We are seeking a **Senior Commercial Executive** to join our **Fuel Commercial Team** in **Fortaleza-CE**. **Responsibilities and Duties** **WHAT YOUR DAY-TO-DAY WILL LOOK LIKE:** * Manage the customer portfolio (Shell-branded gas stations) to ensure proper execution of signed contracts, pursue additional volume, and manage fuel supply pricing and margins, along with other Raízen services and products; * Support the identification and prospecting of new customers, aligned with the company’s established strategy; * Serve as the internal liaison to ensure optimal customer service delivery while promoting Raízen’s core values internally—particularly within Credit & Collections, Pricing, Marketing, Logistics, and Engineering; * Conduct analytical work to enable financial health assessments of the portfolio and management of territory KPIs; * Implement operational excellence and health & safety standards at customer sites, ensuring proper training dissemination and adherence to execution standards at the pump island. **Requirements and Qualifications** **WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE:** * Completed undergraduate degree; * Mobility and willingness to relocate and/or work in Fortaleza-CE and surrounding regions; * Valid Brazilian driver’s license (Category B) and availability for travel; * Strong analytical capability to handle high volumes of KPIs; * Prior experience in negotiation and customer relationship management within the retail sector; * Prior experience managing contracts, accounts, and prospecting activities; * Experience in the fuel industry and/or sales roles in consumer goods and related sectors. **Additional Information** **SELECTION PROCESS STEPS:** Our process includes four main stages (additional stages may apply, and you will be notified if you advance): * Application \- completion of this form and any additional required information. * Intelligent Interview: In this stage, you will participate in an **audio interview supported by artificial intelligence**, a technology that helps us make the process more agile and standardized.
