Requires commercial experience in Consumer Goods and strategic vision Account Executive I Position Description The Account Executive I will be responsible for managing the company’s customer portfolio, identifying sales opportunities, presenting commercial proposals, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities * Serve the states of CE and PI * Conduct periodic visits to stores under their responsibility; * Identify opportunities and areas for improvement during visits; * Maintain constant communication with buyers to monitor execution of negotiated agreements; * Support the merchandising team, ensuring alignment between strategy and in-store execution; * Schedule and lead negotiations at purchasing centers; * Prepare and present performance review meetings and action plans to customers. Requirements * Prior commercial experience in Consumer Goods * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively * Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields * Strong analytical capability and strategic business vision; * Keen attention to point-of-sale execution; * Familiarity with the geographic area of operation;
