Join this team! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Issue material requisitions for activity execution and allocate requisitions to the budget in the system; * Periodically monitor SGQ (Quality Management System) activities across departments (Technical Office, Administration, Occupational Safety, and Warehouse); * Quantify construction work volumes for contract preparation and material requisition; * Collect proposals and documentation for third-party contract preparation; * Draft service procurement requests and request budget adjustments, if necessary; * Analyze the financial report submitted by the Technical Office and assist engineering in validation; * Ensure accurate cost allocation for all resource movements related to the project; * Monitor financial performance of services and track quantity balances of budgeted tasks in the ERP system; * Receive, analyze, and reconcile the condominium’s financial statement from the Controller’s Office against the project’s costs for the period; * Guide assistants, support staff, interns, and apprentices on correct document control in the master list and training management; * Prepare condominium reports and present them to engineering; * Perform other duties related to the position as required by the department and manager’s direction. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed technical education in Building Construction; * Intermediate Excel; * Intermediate PowerPoint; * Intermediate AutoCAD; * Basic MS Project; * Familiarity with Power BI; * Familiarity with Project Management; * Knowledge of Quality Management; * Knowledge of Budget Management, Planning, and Control; * Knowledge of Construction Performance Indicators. **Additional Information** Working hours: 44 hours per week, Monday through Friday.
