If you believe that well-developed people build outstanding results, this opportunity is for you! **Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:** * Supporting and developing store DHO teams by delivering training, providing feedback, and implementing development initiatives; * Ensuring standardization and smooth operation of DHO processes; * Conducting store visits to provide on-site support to teams and managers, and monitoring organizational climate; * Monitoring, analyzing, and consolidating HR metrics (turnover, absenteeism, probation period, and retention); * Acting in a consultative capacity alongside managers, supporting decision-making, conflict resolution, and people management practices; * Participating in and contributing to strategic DHO projects related to engagement, organizational culture, and climate. **What we seek in you:** * Completed undergraduate degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or related fields; * Preferred: Postgraduate degree or MBA in Strategic People Management or related fields. **What we expect from your experience:** * Generalist HR experience, preferably in retail or operational areas; * Experience in similar roles, working closely with leadership teams; * Experience monitoring and analyzing HR metrics.
