




Job Summary: A Corporate Assistant professional to execute company incorporation, amendment, and dissolution processes; draft and file corporate acts; and provide client support. The company is seeking a Corporate Assistant in Fortaleza (Aldeota). **Responsibilities:** Execute company incorporation, amendment, and dissolution processes. Draft and file corporate acts (e.g., contracts, amendments, termination agreements). Perform registrations and updates with the Federal Revenue Service, Commercial Registry, Municipalities, and other relevant agencies. Monitor and manage deadlines and requirements for corporate processes. Provide support and clarifications to clients regarding corporate matters. Maintain organized and up-to-date corporate files and documents. Support the accounting and tax teams on matters related to the corporate area. Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant, Compliance Assistant, Registration Assistant, or Legal Assistant may indicate suitability for some of the activities associated with this position. Bachelor’s degree in progress.
