Maintain organized and up-to-date corporate documents The company is seeking a Corporate Assistant in Eusébio. **Responsibilities:** Execute company incorporation, amendment, and dissolution processes. Draft and file corporate acts (e.g., contracts, amendments, termination agreements). Perform registrations and updates with the Federal Revenue Service, Commercial Registry, Municipalities, and other relevant authorities. Monitor and control deadlines and requirements related to corporate procedures. Provide support and clarifications to clients regarding corporate matters. Maintain organized and up-to-date corporate files and documents. Support the accounting and tax teams on matters related to the corporate area. Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant, Compliance Assistant, Registration Assistant, or Legal Assistant may indicate alignment with some of the responsibilities of this position.
