




Job Summary: The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for managing appointments, administrative processes, and lease follow-up in the real estate sector. Key Highlights: 1. (Remote Work) **Employment Type:** CLT **Salary:** R$ 1.900 + Commission (R$ 100.00 - R$ 400.00) + performance-based bonus. **Benefits:** Meal Voucher, Fuel/Transportation Voucher. **Location:** FORTALEZA - CE **Requirements:** * Completed or nearing completion of a Bachelor's degree in Administration, Accounting, Economics, Finance, or related fields; * Knowledge of the real estate sector; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. * Punctuality **Responsibilities:** * Scheduling internal property visits; * Administrative processes (lease agreements, requesting entry and exit inspections, fire insurance quotations, credit analysis on platforms, handling property maintenance requests, monitoring property payments with condominiums) and other related real estate activities; * Accounts Receivable (rent and condominium fees); * Publishing listings; * Responding to incoming leads and scheduling property visits; * Communicating with property owners regarding their properties, negotiating, and discussing potential repairs requested by tenants.
