Perform and review accounting analysis **Position:** Accounting Team Leader **Salary:** R$ 3.500,00 **Benefits:** Meal allowance (R$23.00/day – Ifood Benefits) + Transportation allowance + Birthday DayOff + Gympass + Training and course support + 50% Hapvida Health Plan. **Work Address:** Cidade dos Funcionários **Work Schedule:** 4x3 shift – 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Day off on Mondays or Fridays – alternating) **Requirements:** - Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Business Administration or Accounting; - Prior leadership experience; - Prior experience in the accounting field; - Familiarity with the Dominium system is desirable. **Responsibilities:** - Supervise client demands and routines, ensuring high satisfaction levels, timely delivery, quality submissions, and post-sales follow-up, trial period support, onboarding, and other related tasks. - Manage people and processes to ensure team performance and operational efficiency. - Perform and review month-end closing and accounting analysis, ensuring compliance with applicable standards and legislation. - Advise clients on processes, deadlines, routines, and contractual clauses, providing technical support whenever necessary. - Prepare and deliver accounting, financial, and management reports to clients. - Perform other duties related to the role.
