Organization and agility in a corporate environment ### **Responsibilities:** * Greet clients, partners, and suppliers courteously and professionally. * Answer phone calls and route them to the responsible departments. * Manage internal and external meeting schedules. * Organize document inflow and outflow. * Provide basic administrative support to the executive team (CEOs and CFOs). * Manage correspondence, courier packages, and deliveries. * Perform registrations and updates of information when necessary. * Assist in maintaining the reception area and meeting rooms. ### **Professional Experience:** * Prior experience as a receptionist, customer service representative, administrative assistant, or similar roles. * Experience in consulting firms, corporate service companies, offices, or executive environments is desirable. ### **Experience Duration:** * Minimum 1 year. ### **Mandatory Requirements:** * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Professional demeanor and appearance aligned with a corporate environment. * Organization, courtesy, and agility. * Basic to intermediate computer skills. ### **Desirable Requirements:** * Experience supporting executives. * Proficiency in Outlook, scheduling tools, and videoconferencing platforms. * Basic English proficiency is a plus.
