Job Summary:
Professional responsible for maintenance and repairs of electrical, hydraulic, and masonry installations, as well as general support for building infrastructure.
Key Highlights:
1. Maintenance and repair of electrical and hydraulic systems.
2. Repair of masonry and metalwork.
3. Support for outsourced services and inspection of installations.
**Responsibilities**:
* Installation and repair of fans, lighting fixtures, switches, outlets, sensors, and emergency lighting.
* Minor repairs of low-voltage electrical components.
* Inspection of the hydraulic system (water tanks, reservoirs, and pumps).
* Installation and maintenance of faucets, showerheads, valves, traps, and fittings.
* Chlorine control and water quality testing.
* Cleaning of filters, water tanks, and reservoirs.
* Monitoring generator tests.
* Checking fuel levels and refueling.
* Adjustment and repair of doors, cabinets, windows, and metalwork.
* Mounting of cabinets, panels, and equipment.
* Minor masonry repairs for facility maintenance.
* Support for services performed by outsourced teams or contractors.
* Leak detection.
* Inspection of cold rooms.
* Painting.
**Requirements**:
* Completed High School education.
* Updated training courses: NR-10 and NR-35.
* Hydraulic Firefighter certification.
* Electrician certification.
**Job Information**:
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday: 09:00–19:00 | Saturday: 08:00–12:00
Employment Type: Permanent CLT contract.
Compensation: R$2.641,60 per month.
