Job Summary: Assist in food pre-preparation and preparation, plating, kitchen cleaning and organization, following instructions. Key Highlights: 1. Assist in the pre\-preparation and preparation of menu items under the supervision of the immediate supervisor, aiming to fulfill one stage of the production process; assist in plating; clean and prepare leafy greens; collect and identify food samples; and receive meal vouchers. 1\. Pre\-prepare dishes and/or meats and/or special diets. 2\. Pre\-prepare salads. 3\. Pre\-prepare desserts. 4\. Assist in plating and restocking food items. 5\. Clean and prepare leafy greens, fruits, and side dishes. 6\. Plate, distribute, and restock food, beverages, and utensils. 7\. Clean utensils, equipment, and areas. 8\. Collect and identify food samples. Complete worksheets when required. 9\. Receive meal vouchers (when scheduled for this activity and under the supervision of the immediate supervisor). 10\. Perform related tasks. 11\.
