We provide recruitment, selection, and talent development services to companies across various sectors. **What will you do in this role?:** Collect, process, analyze, and present strategic information related to payroll-deductible loan operations. Support managerial decisions, improve commercial teams’ productivity, and continuously optimize processes. Extract, process, and consolidate data from multiple sources (CRM, IVR, banking systems, and internal spreadsheets). Prepare management reports and dashboards featuring operational performance indicators (KPIs). Monitor metrics such as: proposal conversion rate, AMA (average handling time), average ticket per sale, released margin vs. contracted margin, credit approval and disbursement time. Support the sales team in identifying opportunities (campaigns, segmented databases, leads with available margin).
