We seek a professional with experience in food preparation and knowledge of kitchen organization and recipe execution. **Responsibilities** * Prepare dishes according to the restaurant's menu * Perform full food preparation * Follow **technical sheets and kitchen standards** * Organize and maintain a clean workplace * Monitor ingredients used in preparations **Requirements** * Experience as a cook * Knowledge of end-to-end dish preparation * Organization and agility in the kitchen * Experience with **Brazilian food will be a plus** **Job Information** Location: Meireles – Fortaleza Schedule: Tuesday to Sunday Day off every Monday \+ 1 Sunday per month Salary: **R$ 1\.824,80** * commission * performance bonus **Benefits** * Transportation Allowance; * Meal Allowance: R$ 19.00 per day.
