Team and contractor management * Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering; active CREA registration. * Minimum 2 years of experience in construction projects, renovations, and building works. * Knowledge of construction project management, planning, and execution. * Schedule and cost control, quantity surveying. * Strong communication and organizational skills. * Good interpersonal skills. * Ability to manage teams and contractors. * Highly proactive. Employment Type: Full-time Compensation: R$6.000,00 - R$8.000,00 per month
