On a daily basis, you will: * Achieve sales and market penetration targets by building productive relationships with specialists, opinion leaders, and decision-makers; * Reach sales and market share goals through strategic planning, allocating time and available financial resources effectively; * Achieve optimal promotional performance of the company's products through training, enhancement of sales techniques, thorough knowledge of promoted products and competitors, and especially physicians' prescribing practices; * Sustain the company's brands and maintain physician prescriptions by developing, refining, and adapting sales strategies; effectively addressing objections and needs raised; maintaining appropriate frequency and sequence of promotional visits with productive comments and alignment with physicians; * Maximize portfolio productivity through route planning and optimization, regular updates and maintenance of physician registration data, and targeted knowledge and promotion of our products at key prescribing potential locations, based on internal audits and tools provided by the company; * Ensure the company's image of excellence in the market through deep product knowledge and a respectful, ethical attitude toward physicians, patients, and clinic staff; * Contribute to a better organizational climate through collaborative, participatory behavior—proactively seeking alternatives and offering suggestions alongside District Managers and team members; * Actively contribute to process improvement. 2512200202551882420
