




Job Summary: An HR professional responsible for hiring, terminations, payroll processing, document verification, and customer service. Key Highlights: 1. Responsible for HR department processes and customer service. 2. Handles hiring, terminations, and payroll processing. 3. Monitors procedures with public agencies and collective bargaining agreements. 1. Attend departmental team meetings; 2. Inform clients during the first three months of the contract about the importance of submitting documents on time; 3. Conduct document verification for clients; 4. Request pending documentation from clients to complete assigned tasks; 5. Perform hiring, termination, payroll processing, job title changes, transfers, reinstatements, and system updates using the CEF website, SEFIP system, ACI, Social Connectivity, and DCTF WEB to meet client requirements; 6. Annually download XML files for payroll year-end closure to ensure timely submission of the Annual Report on Labor Information (RAIS) and send the DIRF file to the accountant via the Fortes system to guarantee accurate information to relevant authorities; 7. Monitor procedures with public agencies (e.g., installment plans, registration updates, settlement agreements); 8. Issue tax forms and declarations for primary and ancillary obligations; 9. Manage, implement, and monitor Collective Bargaining Agreements within each company’s HR routine; 10. Clarify technical questions raised by clients; 11. Send clients a report tracking probationary period deadlines in employment contracts; 12. Notify the Supervisor or Coordinator regarding uncertainties related to contract execution or requests for new services; 13. Attend client meetings, bringing reports to clarify doubts and provide better guidance; 14. Periodically verify that all contribution rates (e.g., FAP, RAT, INSS) comply with current legislation to ensure correct system configuration; 15. Participate in Ministry of Labor and Employment (MTE) inspections, providing all requested documentation and discussing matters as needed; 16. Prepare reports to monitor vacation periods prior to expiration and notify clients accordingly; 17. Prepare HR reports upon client request; Conduct 360-degree audits and prepare presentation materials for client meetings.
