




**Job Description:** ---------------------- Input employee data and departmental routines into internal systems, ensuring organization and traceability. Monitor and analyze the PCMSO (Occupational Health Program) and related controls, supporting legal compliance by function/GHE where applicable. Consolidate and present monthly health and safety results/indicators, reporting status and key points to management. Support the development and review of SSMA (Safety, Security, Health, and Environment) procedures, contributing to standardization and ISO 9001 certification support where applicable. Manage occupational medical examinations (pre-employment, periodic, job change, return-to-work, and termination), ensuring legal compliance. Control and monitor mandatory training, verifying completion, validity, and compliance with legal requirements. Coordinate/monitor Fire Brigades, renewals, and provide support in first-aid situations when necessary. Manage third-party/contractor documentation, ensuring release per internal and legal requirements. Register and manage ASOs (Occupational Health Certificates)/medical certificates in the system and support communication/reporting to eSocial where applicable. Monitor the PPR (Respiratory Protection Program) and correct use of respiratory PPE, preventing risks and non-conformities. Participate in CIPA (Internal Commission for Accident Prevention) meetings and routines, supporting recordkeeping, actions, and legal compliance. Conduct field inspections focusing on behavioral and safe working conditions; document deviations and support action plans. Conduct onboarding of third parties (and/or SSMA onboarding), reinforcing rules, risks, and preventive guidance. Lead DDS (Daily Safety Dialogues) and awareness activities with departments. Deliver/organize specific trainings (as per schedule and operational needs). Support CIPA setup/routines (committee, minutes, elections/call notices where applicable). Distribute and control PPE, providing usage, storage, and replacement guidance. Organize/support SIPAT (Internal Week for Accident Prevention), ensuring planning, execution, and compliance with CIPA requirements. **Mandatory Requirements:** ------------------------------ Completed Technical Degree in Occupational Safety (TST). Minimum 1 year of experience as an Occupational Safety Technician. Practical experience with SSMA routines. Organizational skills for document control (including third parties) and updating systems/spreadsheets. Strong communication skills for interaction with operations/factory floor staff, leadership, and third parties. **Desirable Requirements:** -------------------------- Experience with eSocial applied to occupational safety and recordkeeping routines. Experience in industrial environments and/or settings with a high volume of third parties. Knowledge/experience with ISO 9001 (procedures and standardization).
