Job Description \-As an Occupational Physician, you will be responsible for developing initiatives to promote occupational health, including implementing and executing Health Programs, Occupational Hygiene, Ergonomics, Medical Emergencies, and Crisis and Health-related Emergency Management—aiming to assess, prevent, maintain, and control the physical, mental, and social well-being of Anglo American’s employees and contractors. **Key responsibilities include:** * Implement the Occupational Health Medical Control Program (PCMSO), as well as implement, monitor, and participate in actions defined by legally mandated programs under current legislation; * Support Anglo American’s local and Brazilian corporate coordination in applying and developing health standards, guidelines, and policies, as well as reviewing procedures; * Analyze, evaluate, and propose mitigating actions for absenteeism indicators; * Provide technical leadership for Anglo American’s clinic routines, delivering medical care to employees and contractors when required; * Coordinate and support the Special Health, Hygiene, and Ergonomics Programs defined annually; * Deliver medical care and manage leave processes to ensure employee physical integrity; * Comply with Safety and Operational Health, Environmental, Social Responsibility, and Business Integrity policies and procedures.
