Here, Together We Are Stronger!!! **Attention!** * \> To register, click the "Apply for this position" button; * \> Complete your registration/resume with as much information as possible, including all your professional experiences, educational background, and personal details; * \> Please ensure your *email* address and phone number are entered correctly, as we will contact you via these channels; **Responsibilities and Duties** Key responsibilities include: * Practicing and promoting IMS policies, analyzing deviations, and proposing corrective and improvement actions. * Auditing, supporting, and monitoring IMS maintenance to ensure its effectiveness. * Participating in the planning, execution, and follow-up of internal audits. * Monthly monitoring of performance indicators, supporting critical analysis and decision-making. * Leading root cause analysis meetings and tracking corrective actions. * Developing, reviewing, and proposing improvements to internal and external processes and documents related to the IMS. * Managing nonconformance reports and corrective actions in the Qualyteam system. * Actively pursuing continuous improvements in processes and systems interfacing with the IMS. * Leading recognition programs and presenting results to the Management Committee. * Supporting and monitoring implementation of ideas from the Qualideias Program, evaluating the effectiveness of implemented actions. * Leading onboarding of new employees, introducing them to the Integrated Management System. * Supporting the organization and execution of Total Quality Month. * Conducting audits, analyzing results, and proposing corrective actions for identified deviations. * Analyzing regulatory requirements and supporting changes, updates, and improvements to the system. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Requirements:** Bachelor’s degree (in progress) in Administration, Quality Management, Engineering, Process Management, Project Management, or related fields Minimum 9 months’ tenure at current company Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Willingness and availability for travel and overnight stays CNH – Brazilian Driver’s License – Category “B”, valid Willingness and interest in driving on rural roads **Preferred Qualifications:** Completed Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Quality Management, Engineering, Process Management, Project Management, or related fields Familiarity with the Protheus system **Additional Information** **We are one of the world’s largest pine frame manufacturers and one of Brazil’s leading pellet producers.** Since our founding in 1997, we have pursued excellence in our products, distinguishing ourselves through quality and closeness to our customers, as well as valuing and developing our people and the communities where we operate.
