Strategic involvement in leadership development and organizational culture. ***JOB: HR COORDINATOR (Energy Services Company)*** **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields; * Generalist HR experience, including people management and development; * Experience in **implementing and improving HR processes**; * Experience or familiarity with operational recruitment and high-volume hiring processes; * Ability to collaborate across departments and hierarchical levels; * **Availability for on-site work in Eusébio/CE**. **Main Responsibilities:** * Serve as a generalist coordinator of HR subsystems; * Support the **design and implementation of HR processes and policies**; * Develop initiatives focused on **leadership development, organizational culture, and people management**; * Act as a strategic partner to business units, strengthening relationships with managers and supporting decision-making; * Support operational expansion projects, including high-volume recruitment planning; * Coordinate recruitment strategies, including engagement of external consulting firms when necessary; * Mediate conflicts and strengthen organizational climate; * Monitor KPIs and support the evolution of people management practices.
