Job Summary: We are seeking a Financial Coordinator with analytical vision and a results-oriented mindset to structure, control, and optimize financial processes within a logistics company. At this client company, you will take the lead in ensuring the financial health of a growing company in the logistics and transportation sector. We seek a Financial Coordinator with analytical vision and a results-oriented mindset to structure, control, and optimize our processes. You will work on-site, close to equipment leasing and maintenance operations, ensuring liquidity, compliance, and strategic support to management. * Manage cash flow and ensure liquidity for operations. * Supervise accounting and tax routines, ensuring legal compliance. * Prepare and analyze income statements, balance sheets, and financial indicators. * Coordinate accounts payable and receivable, optimizing processes. * Control operational and fleet costs, proposing reductions. * Lead, develop, and monitor the performance of the finance team. * Support the executive board in financial decision-making and planning. Requirements: **Mandatory Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Sciences, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields. * Experience in financial coordination or supervision. * In-depth knowledge of tax and fiscal legislation. * Advanced Excel proficiency and experience with ERP systems. * Analytical ability to interpret data and management reports. * Leadership, negotiation, and banking relationship skills. * On-site work and availability for PJ (individual contractor) engagement model. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Postgraduate degree or MBA in Finance, Controllership, or Business Management. * Experience in equipment leasing, logistics, commerce, or services. * Knowledge of the forklift and material handling market. * Experience managing fleet and logistics costs. * Prior experience in mid-sized companies.
