We are looking for people eager to grow and innovate. ? **Requirements:** * Previous experience in customer service, preferably via WhatsApp. * Experience in Customer Success or related roles. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Ability to quickly and efficiently resolve problems. * Organizational and multitasking skills, with a focus on customer service and tracking requests. * Accounting knowledge is desirable (a plus). **Responsibilities:** * Strategic and preventive approach focused on customer retention and churn prevention; * Customer service for high-ticket clients; * Understand customer needs and present effective solutions through phone calls, video calls, and email correspondence; * Identify and report process errors; * Maintain frequent relationship and contact with the customer base (farming); * Focus on full satisfaction of all company customers, providing\-them with a high-quality service experience; * Onboarding training for new customers.
