Learn more about PepsiCo: PepsiCoJobs Responsibilities: **The Opportunity** This position has broad scope in Continuous Improvement, responsible for MOTOR+ in the Northeast Region (Manufacturing and Warehouse). Additionally, the role includes serving as guardian of Operational and Autonomous Maintenance, co-responsible for sustaining the Career Path Plan and the Variable Compensation model (RACE) for operators. The position also holds accountability for AOP Cost, productivity initiative management in Manufacturing, and is responsible for data collection, analysis, and diagnosis of performance-related issues. **Your Impact** Responsible for the following programs: • Manage MOTOR implementation in Recife to develop MOTOR culture and results. • Monitor the MOTOR+ Program across 2 areas (Manufacturing and Warehouse). MOTOR+ is a transformational program empowering the frontline and improving operational KPIs through autonomy, serving as a model for implementation across Brazil and LatAm; • Manage other model areas (EHS, Quality, HR, MOS, and Maintenance) • Equalize and monitor variable pay at the Recife site, reviewing the program and linking payouts to operational KPIs—resulting in frontline engagement and commitment to productivity; • Manage AOP costs for the manufacturing area. Ensuring accuracy and centralizing information at the site while connecting with Finance • Focus on developing an Operational Autonomy culture, including maintenance standards; Ensure harmonization through CI site facilitators and lead national transformation committees; • Act as coach and provide advisory support to Site Leaders, facilitators, and Directors on MOTOR; • Partner with HR to structure a formal Training Program for each function within the Recife plant. Emphasis on Human, Administrative, and Technical training to ensure flawless execution of responsibilities, achievement of performance targets, and adherence to Safety and Quality standards. Ensure alignment of the Plant’s Training Matrix with regional standards. • Support integration of Lean Six Sigma methodology with MOTOR+; • Participate in annual productivity target planning, detailing goals by project to establish achievable, understood, and collaboratively pursued objectives across all company plants; • Maintain an ongoing portfolio of potential improvement projects; • Serve as facilitator for the production area regarding workplace environment improvement; • Ensure confidentiality of matters within your area of responsibility and plan timing for disclosure of information under your purview. * Collaborate with the Operations team as a dedicated unit to achieve departmental results, fulfilling your role autonomously within the overall vision, demonstrating cooperation and interdependence among people. * Address process deviations using quality tools. * Comply with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Food Safety, Occupational Safety, Occupational Health, Environmental, and PEPSICO standards. * Know, comply with, and enforce Quality, Food Safety, EHS requirements, and ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices and Good Warehousing Practices. * Support the Site Leader in monitoring and guiding supervision to reduce process losses, enabling achievement of actual cost equal to or lower than standard and planned results for Efficiency, Yield, Packaging Loss, Quality, and People Management indicators—thus building a cohesive team aligned with corporate objectives.
